Memberships
Membership benefits, eligibility requirements, pricing, and services are subject to change at IAOM’s discretion.
Member pricing is available only to active members in good standing. If an incorrect registration category is selected, IAOM reserves the right to adjust pricing and invoice the appropriate amount.

Educational materials, presentations, webinars, publications, recordings, certification resources, and other content provided by IAOM are intended solely for educational purposes.

Certification requirements and policies may be modified at IAOM’s discretion. On-Demand Content and Educational Resources
Access to on-demand content, webinar recordings, convention recordings, educational materials, and digital resources is provided only to the registered purchaser for the period specified at the time of purchase.
Users may not:
- Share login credentials
- Transfer access to another individual
- Copy or redistribute recordings
- Reproduce or resell educational materials
Event Recording and Media Release
By attending IAOM events, conventions, webinars, meetings, educational programs, or certification activities, you acknowledge and consent to the use of photographs, audio recordings, video recordings, screenshots, and related media that may include your likeness, image, voice, or participation.
IAOM may use such media for educational, promotional, archival, marketing, membership, and organizational purposes without compensation.
Testimonials and User Submissions
By voluntarily submitting testimonials, reviews, comments, photographs, videos, survey responses, social media content, or other materials to IAOM, you grant IAOM permission to use such materials for educational, promotional, marketing, membership, archival, and organizational purposes.
Intellectual Property
All IAOM content, including logos, trademarks, certification materials, publications, educational resources, presentations, recordings, graphics, and website content, are the property of IAOM or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, recording, resale, publication, or distribution is prohibited.
User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities conducted under their accounts.
Payment Processing Security
IAOM utilizes reputable third-party payment processors and commercially reasonable security measures to protect payment transactions. IAOM does not hold credit card information ever.
Force Majeure
IAOM shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or inability to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, governmental actions, labor disputes, internet outages, cyber incidents, venue closures, or transportation disruptions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IAOM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from participation in its programs, events, certifications, memberships, products, or services.
Maximum Liability
IAOM’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the applicable product, service, membership, certification, or event.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which IAOM is legally incorporated which is Missouri.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver
Failure by IAOM to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with any registration agreements, purchase terms, cancellation policies, certification requirements, membership policies, and website policies, constitute the entire agreement between IAOM and the user.
